Yes, you just need to download the ToneoFirst RIB, available in your app, after opening a Payment.net account.
For faster processing of your transfers, you must clearly indicate the identifier of your card, starting with 82…, on the transfer order, without any preceding mention.
No direct debit can be made from this account. Do not share it with your creditors.

Warning: For any transfer not coming from an employer or organization, we ask that you provide a supporting document (invoices, reasons, name of the sender…). If the necessary documents are not provided, we may apply a temporary or permanent block on your card.

For every deposit made on your card, you will receive an SMS informing you. Your transactions are available for free from your ToneoFirst app, from the home page > My Transactions.
SMS conditions:

• If you are on the Liberté plan: 5 free SMS per month
• If you are on the Zen plan: 10 free SMS per month
  You can receive more, but they will be charged to your card at the rate of €0.25, regardless of your plan.

Yes, when you have the Full Status, you are entitled to 4 cards, which remain under your responsibility.

In case of loss or theft of your ToneoFirst card, immediately contact our Customer Service:
By phone: 01 70 55 78 01 (Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM; local call rate).
By email at contact@toneofirst.com
Once the loss is reported, your card is blocked. Upon your request, a new card will be sent to you, subject to a replacement fee (see the price list).
